About Me

Biographical Information: My name is Hannah Goodman. I was born in England, and moved to America just over 10 years ago. I started working with children with autism when I graduated high school, and worked with over 10 families in a 6 year period. I then got my Bachelors of Art in Psychology from the University of  Nevada, Las Vegas. I grew such a passion for working not only with young children, but individuals of all ages, and families too. I later went on to graduate with a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. I am currently in my internship as a Licensed Nevada State Intern, doing my hours under the supervision of Karen Anderson, LMFT LADC

Therapeutic Approach: As a marriage and family therapist, I operate from a systemic perspective. Systems therapy works with the relationship and cycles of interaction between persons. Within the context of systems that may be affecting one’s life, issues such as gender, culture, and spirituality are considered. During our sessions together, we will set specific goals to accomplish based on your presenting problem. I will gather data on your presenting problem and we will work together to find solutions.
